History
Launched in January 2024, Healthy on the Hill offers dedicated care to community members managing chronic health conditions. Located on the church’s second floor, this clinic provides a private exam room where patients meet with a Licensed Nurse Practitioner. With the ability to prescribe non-narcotic medications and provide test referrals, our nurse practitioner ensures that patients receive thorough, individualized care.
